Staff Business Analyst - Seattle, WA (hybrid)
Join the Data department at RentSpree as a Staff Business Analyst! You will play a key role in integrating business intelligence with strategic operations, helping our Growth, Sales and Success teams move faster and smarter. This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, data analytics, and go-to-market strategy.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams located in Thailand and the US, serving as the primary data liaison to transform raw data into meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the Staff Analytics Partner for Marketing/Growth, Sales, and Customer Success, driving company-wide visibility across acquisition, revenue, and retention performance.
- Build and maintain an executive-ready reporting system spanning growth ops, channel deep dives, and GTM performance, surfacing weekly insights and recommended actions.
- Define and standardize funnel metrics across the lifecycle; measure acquisition → activation → conversion → retention, quantifying drop-offs and levers by segment and channel.
- Connect marketing spend and operational effort to business outcomes using unit economics (LTV/CAC, payback period, ROI) and communicate implications clearly.
- Design and evaluate experiments using A/B testing where possible, and apply incrementally approaches (e.g., holdouts, diff-in-diff) when traffic is limited.
- Blend Amplitude (behavioral data), HubSpot (campaign + CRM data), and warehouse sources (revenue + transactions) to create a unified view of growth and sales performance.
- Own attribution readiness by auditing and simplifying UTM taxonomy, establishing guardrails and documentation, and ensuring partner/channel attribution is interpretable and actionable.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity by proactively identifying the highest-leverage opportunities and adjusting analytical focus as strategy and constraints evolve.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to improve event taxonomy, tracking plans, segmentation standards, and experimentation frameworks.
- Translate analyses into clear recommendations; present performance and financial results simply to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics specifically supporting Sales, Marketing/Growth, or Customer Success functions including cross-functional influence.
- Expert-level SQL, financial modeling is a plus, hands-on with modern data stacks and large datasets
- Strong understanding of business KPIs across marketing, sales, and retention funnels.
- Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of A/B experiment on email, funnel metrics, cohort analysis and segmentation.
- Experience with CRM and marketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, attribution platforms)
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
