Introduction

As a Senior Product Manager for the Tenant Screening product area at RentSpree, you will drive our core tenant screening product's strategy, development, and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver best-in-class screening solutions that address the needs of real estate agents, landlords, and applicants.

This role is hybrid (partially in-office) in Seattle. Relocation is available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the vision and strategy for RentSpree's tenant screening products, focusing on innovation, differentiation, and meeting our users' evolving needs.
  • Product Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Metrics & Data: Define and monitor KPIs for product success. Continuously monitor and use data-driven insights to iterate on features post-launch.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and support teams to deliver high-quality products and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven companies
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in tenant screening or real estate is a plus
  • Proven ability to work closely with design to create an intuitive and simple product experience
  • Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive product decisions
  • Experience leading teams autonomously and delivering substantial product releases from 0 to 1
  • A do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure your product and team are successful

Location

  • This role is hybrid in-office 2x week in downtown Seattle
