About the role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, customer success, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Reporting & Visualization

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Develop intuitive visualizations that communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Data Analysis & Strategy

• Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
• Translate insights into recommendations that improve product adoption, customer retention, and internal performance

Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reporting capabilities

Data Integrity & Documentation

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
• Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, workflows, and business logic

Technical Integration

• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless integration from source systems
• Contribute to performance tuning and scalability of BI infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and large-scale datasets

Preferred Skills

• Experience in operational analytics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and API-based data integrations
• Experience in SaaS or commercial software environments
