About the role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, customer success, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
Reporting & Visualization
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives
- Develop intuitive visualizations that communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Data Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Translate insights into recommendations that improve product adoption, customer retention, and internal performance
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reporting capabilities
Data Integrity & Documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, workflows, and business logic
Technical Integration
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless integration from source systems
- Contribute to performance tuning and scalability of BI infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and large-scale datasets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in operational analytics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and API-based data integrations
- Experience in SaaS or commercial software environments
