About the role

PMW/Rentvine is seeking an innovative, highly organized Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong passion for SEO, website performance, AI website agents, and client success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys staying ahead of digital trends, and loves working 1:1 with clients to help them grow.

You will play a critical role in enhancing website performance, leveraging AI tooling, improving organic visibility, analyzing SEO data, and supporting cross-department collaboration with our PPC and Project Management teams. You will also work closely with our web development and Client Solutions teams to implement best-in-class website structure, schema, and optimization strategies that drive measurable results.


What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and ongoing website optimization using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry tools.
  • Implement and refine AI agents and automation tools to improve website performance and user experience.
  • Analyze website traffic, search rankings, keyword opportunities, and technical improvements to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize website hierarchy + content structure for organic growth.
  • Create and deploy schema markup to enhance SERP visibility and support advanced SEO features.
  • Collaborate closely with PPC teams to align SEO and paid strategy for full-funnel performance.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Designers to ensure SEO fundamentals are built into every new website.
  • Manage tasks, reporting, and workflows in Monday.com.
  • Provide SEO insights during client meetings and maintain 1:1 relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, Google's latest updates, and “what’s next” in organic search and AI-driven marketing.
  • Assist in creating SEO-focused documentation, SOPs, and guidelines for internal teams.

  • Obsessed (in the best way!) with SEO, website structure, schema, and staying ahead of algorithm shifts.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI agents for website insights and automated reporting.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients to explain insights, strategy, and results.
  • Passionate about learning, testing, and implementing new marketing innovations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website performance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and site architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automations, and performance agents (experience or eagerness to learn).
  • Ability to read, audit, and implement schema markup (JSON-LD preferred).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with PPC, development, and project management teams.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project/workflow management tools.
