About the role

We’re looking for a QA Manager to own and evolve our quality assurance function. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality releases across the platform while helping establish scalable QA processes as we grow.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to validate new features, improve testing coverage, and drive accountability and quality.

What You'll Do

• Be a quality evangelist and partner with every stakeholder to drive quality and build a highly cooperative and team-oriented environment
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define test plans and acceptance criteria
• Lead day-to-day QA efforts across the product
• Design, drive, and own test automation efforts 
• Build and improve QA processes, workflows, and standards
• Execute and oversee manual and automated testing
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Ensure quality across releases, including regression testing
• Help implement and expand automated testing practices
• Provide visibility into quality metrics and risks
• Plan the Catch-Up — Assess the current state of test coverage and create a realistic plan to close gaps in unit, integration, and regression testing
• Own Environment and Data Strategy — Partner with DevOps to automate test environment provisioning, database copies/cleansing, seed data generation, and production-refresh workflows

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software QA
• Experience working on SaaS or web-based applications
• Deep understanding and experience with APIs and test automation tools and measurements
• Strong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
• Experience partnering with DevOps on test environment automation, CI/CD integration, and data management
• Familiarity with TDD, feature flags, and modern development practices

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with property management or accounting/real estate software
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
