About the role
- As a Technical Recruiter at Reserv, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's recruiting function. You will own our Technical Recruiting activities, from sourcing to process management and offers as well as forging strong partnerships with our Product and Engineering leaders. This is a focus area of the business for 2026 and will see significant headcount growth in a short period of time so the ability to move fast and decisively is essential.
What you'll do
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates for Product, Engineering and Data Science roles.
- Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Ensure efficient and fast scheduling, facilitate communication among all parties, and ensure hiring is within budget.
- Providing strategic partnership to hiring managers, giving market insights, assisting with decision making and driving urgency.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure it is the single source of truth for tracking.
- Create reports on the recruiting process to provide clear insight into the hiring pipeline and actionable insights to improve the pipeline.
- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter.
- Experience Recruiting for Python, Docker, Ruby, React highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, with experience using various sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and move at high speed
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
