About the role
Are you passionate about unlocking human potential and contributing to organizational excellence? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Content Developer and Learning Facilitator to play a pivotal role in shaping our team’s growth journey under the strategic guidance of our L&D Lead.
In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help new hires and existing specialists alike become confident, high-performing team members.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment—where creativity, collaboration, and facilitation skills drive learning and development success.
What you'll do
o Collaborate with the L&D Lead and operational teams to design, refine, and maintain training materials and onboarding content.
o Develop instructional resources, including process documents, FAQs, and LMS content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current practices.
o Implement modern learning tools and methodologies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
o Support knowledge base and LMS updates, ensuring content remains current and user-friendly.
o Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
o Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging learning technologies to continually improve programs.
o Assist with and occasionally facilitate training sessions, ensuring content aligns with company values and learning objectives.
o Support the planning and delivery of process refresher trainings and workshops.
