About the role

The Micro QA Analyst is a core member of our Quality Assurance program, focused on

individual claim-level quality assurance. Working as part of a 3-person Micro QA team, you'll manage automated claim audits to ensure adjuster performance meets quality standards while identifying opportunities for coaching, training, and process improvement.


This role is central to our shift from manual, reactive quality assurance to automated, proactivequality intelligence. You'll work with cutting-edge AI/LLM tools (our Batch system) to conduct roughly 23,336 automated claim audits annually across US and UK operations, providing actionable insights that drive performance improvement and maintain exceptional quality

standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Claims Experience: 1-5+ years in claims operations with strong understanding of adjuster workflows, documentation requirements, and quality standards
  • Quality Assurance Background: 0-1+ years conducting claim audits or quality reviews
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions from audit results
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing claims and identifying quality issues
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to deliver constructive feedback professionally
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with AI/LLM tools, dashboards, and data analytics platforms
  • Self-Direction: Ability to manage workload independently while meeting audit targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated auditing tools or AI-powered quality systems
  • Familiarity with both US and UK claims operations and regulatory requirements
  • Background in training delivery or coaching adjusters
  • Experience with data visualization tools and quality dashboards
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
