Pink's Window Services is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the way on developing our brand in support of our franchise owners. The ideal candidate brings a fusion of sharp digital marketing experience working on ads, SEO, testing pages with a creative eye to film and guide content & socials. Born out of growth, this role will be leading the existing marketing team.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Work with the Co-Founders to develop and execute a brand-specific marketing strategy tailored to customer acquisition and brand visibility goals.
- Drive the performance of digital channels including paid advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website performance; ensure ongoing optimization and ROI tracking.
- Direct creative content development efforts—working with internal and external talent to script, produce, and deploy engaging video, photo, and written content across platforms.
- Lead and mentor the Pink’s marketing team, aligning their work to brand goals and ensuring effective execution and professional growth.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for testing, improvement, and innovation—owning the marketing roadmap and key performance metrics.
- Support franchisee marketing education and alignment, ensuring local execution reflects national standards and drives results.
- Partner with leadership to contribute to Pink’s positioning strategy, including competitive differentiation, voice, and brand narrative.

What You’ll Bring With You:
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in digital performance (paid ads, SEO, testing/optimization).
- Proven track record managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong content sensibility with experience directing or producing branded video and social media content.
- Data-informed and results-driven; confident navigating platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and CMS systems.
- Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business model is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and creative thinker with a bias for action.

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 150,000 USD per year (HQ)
