We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to help us strengthen our franchisee coaching team servicing That 1 Painter. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong financial operations experience in a franchise or multi-unit setting, spanning several stakeholders. This person is an excellent communicator and is excited to consult with our franchise owners as we guide them to success!

What You’ll Be Working On: 

• Review and analyze That 1 Painter franchisee Profit and Loss statements to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and financial challenges.
• Develop and recommend strategies to help franchisees increase revenue and profitability.
• Provide franchisees with tailored advice on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Partner with operational business coaches to ensure franchisees receive well-rounded guidance that integrates both financial and operational best practices.
• Create material to utilize during Shark Academy training for new franchisees. 
• Conduct in-person and remote training sessions for franchise owners on financial literacy and tools to manage their businesses effectively.
• Monitor and track the financial performance of franchisees, providing leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, serving as a trusted advisor for all finance-related concerns.
• Minimal travel required for occasional in-person meetings, conferences, or field visits.
• Report to the VP of That 1 Painter and work closely with other coaches.

What You'll Bring With You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, business coaching, or a related role, ideally within a franchising environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, P&L management, and business planning.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for franchisees.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Proficient in financial software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
