What You'll Work On:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with customers.
- Estimate and lead the sales estimators in conducting accurate project assessments and delivering competitive bids.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the training and performance of sales estimators and handymen.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and company updates.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with ownership to set business goals and develop strategies for growth.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and adjust business plans to stay competitive.
What You Bring With You:
- Proven experience in a sales management role in home services or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Basic knowledge of handyman services and experience working with home repair projects preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle both operational and sales responsibilities effectively.

Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 Annual Base Salary
1% commission on total Monty’s revenue
Location: In person in our Austin, TX (78727) office. Must be in commuting distance or relocating prior to starting the role.
