In this role, you will be the backbone in continuously improving and maintaining our IT infrastructure while servicing our network of franchisees as well as our internal team. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience leading IT teams, expertise in the Development realm, and a leading knowledge in automations.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of reliable support and solutions.
• Define team goals and monitor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, security tools, applications, hardware, and software.
• Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and upgrades to meet organizational needs and enhance system performance.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure best practices in coding, design, and security standards are adhered to.
• Identify opportunities for automation across business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Oversee network administration, including wireless connectivity, to maintain consistent and secure operations.
• Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate and provide training for staff on technology use, promoting efficient adoption and adherence to best practices.
• Additional responsibilities as required

What You'll Bring With You:

• Three or more years of experience in IT as a manager and/or director
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Development, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
• CCNA Certification Required
• SEC+ and Network+ certifications preferred
• Expertise in Web Development, including knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Strong background in automation tools and technologies
• Experience in designing IT policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Desire to solve problems in a fast paced environment

Compensation:  $120,000 - $135,000

Job Type: Full-time

Work setting:  In-office Monday-Thursday, WFH on Fridays

Ability to commute/relocate:  Austin, TX 78727: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
