About the role

• Our Consumer Collectors (Hunter Warfield) are responsible for contacting consumers to collect on past due accounts, gather and document information related to outstanding payments and resolve disputes.

What you'll do

• Locate and notify consumers of delinquent accounts by telephone
• Record information about the status of collection efforts
• Negotiate arrangements based on consumer financial situations
• Overcome hesitations and dispute accounts if necessary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Collections, Sales, Retention or Debt Negotiation experience in a call center environment
• Exceptional communication skills (English level 90% - verbal and written)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work with targets to get results
• Problem-solving and stress management skills
• Availability to work on site

We offer

• Base salary: $800
• Potential monthly bonus: $1,000 (uncapped commissions after reaching 100% goal)
• Attendance bonus: $150
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm | 1 Sat monthly 7am - 11am | 1 late shift a week 10am-7pm
