About the role
Case Analyst
Responsible for handling all administrative tasks associated with the eviction process and completing all cases in a timely manner.
Requirements
- +1 year of customer service/back office experience
- English level 85% - verbal and written
- MS Office proficiency
- Analytic review and problem-solving skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Availability to work on site
Main tasks
- Submit, manage and track Rent Suit and Warrant cases from start to finish
- Maintain and update the case management platform with accurate information
- Communicate with attorneys and Property Managers to provide updates and obtain case direction
- Schedule, monitor, and update hearings to ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements
We offer
- Base salary: $600
- Potential monthly bonus: $400
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 6am – 3pm
