Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing basic compliance, exception identification, and documentation using speech analytics and QA tools.
Requirements
- +1 year of QA, Collections or related experience
- English level 90% - verbal and written
- MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of FDCPA requirements
