The role
As our SAP EAM & Plant Maintenance Architect, you will be the go-to expert for clients across asset-intensive industries, helping them design and optimise their SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance landscapes.
This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll lead architecture decisions, shape implementation strategy, and work closely with client stakeholders from operational managers through to C-suite. You'll also play a key part in shaping how Resulting grows its EAM capability in the UK.
A bit about you
You’re an experienced SAP Architect with a rare mix of technical depth, business acumen, and communication finesse. You listen actively, empathise deeply, and translate complexity into clarity.
· Deep, hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - not just functional knowledge, but real implementation experience across multiple industries
· Strong understanding of how PM integrates with FI-AA - you can explain the Equipment to Asset Master relationship and how maintenance costs settle to financial assets without reaching for a slide deck
· Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or migrations, with knowledge of how EAM capabilities have evolved in S/4HANA
· Confident stakeholder management skills - you're comfortable challenging a client's thinking when necessary, and you know how to bring people along with you
· Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
· Experience producing architecture documentation, solution design artefacts, and presenting to senior audiences
· A collaborative mindset - you share what you know, and you're invested in the success of the people around you
Resulting traits
We pride ourselves on hiring the best people - but best doesn’t have to mean a big 4 background and an Oxbridge education.
You can’t roll up your sleeves when you’re wearing cufflinks - and Resulting people get stuck in. They’re positive, adaptable, and always deliver to a high standard.
Positivity is about being optimistic. It applies to you and the people you work with- be that a colleague, customer or partner. But positive also means being certain in your views and enthusiastic about driving success.
Adaptability means being able to change shape to deal with different circumstances. Often new and different approaches may be better, even if they’re unfamiliar.
High standards demand clear, original thought. Our customers pay us massive sums - Lamborghini money - for the work we do. It should be worth every penny.
Resulting Ltd is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive work environment that encourages diversity. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination in all our operations, including our focused SAP projects.
