About you

You are an experienced PMO professional with a strong background in technology delivery, including ERP implementations (ideally SAP) and bespoke applications. You may have developed your experience within a major consulting firm, a large organization, or a complex transformation environment.

You understand what it takes to establish structure, maintain control, and support successful delivery across complex programs. You are comfortable working across multiple projects, priorities, teams, and organizations, while keeping people focused on the outcomes that matter.

About the role

The PMO Lead at Resulting plays a central role in helping clients deliver successful SAP and business transformation programs. You will provide the structure, governance, insight, and coordination needed to keep complex programs moving forward.

You will work closely with program leadership, project managers, client teams, delivery partners, and other key contributors. Your role will be to create clarity, maintain momentum, identify risks early, and make sure decisions are supported by accurate and timely information.

You will establish and manage effective PMO processes throughout the program lifecycle. You will also help create a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the delivery team.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Establishing and managing core PMO services, including governance forums, the PMO toolkit, deliverables management, and program methodology
• Preparing materials for governance forums, such as program boards, steering committees, stage gates, and leadership meetings
• Facilitating governance meetings and ensuring that decisions, actions, and follow-ups are clearly recorded and managed
• Establishing and maintaining planning standards across the program
• Ensuring that project and program plans are detailed, accurate, current, and appropriately validated
• Producing and managing the integrated program plan, including key milestones, dependencies, and the critical path
• Managing the program RAAIDD process, covering risks, assumptions, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions
• Monitoring program performance against agreed KPIs, including budget, schedule, resource utilization, and delivery progress
• Producing clear, accurate, and timely program status reports for different audiences
• Identifying delivery risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues, and working with the appropriate people to resolve them
• Managing resource demand and capacity processes, including forecasts, availability tracking, onboarding, offboarding, and internal communications
• Maintaining effective communication across complex client and delivery environments
• Managing deliverables, milestones, approvals, and key program documentation
• Supporting knowledge transfer and the sharing of experience across the project team and wider business

• Identifying opportunities to improve PMO processes, tools, and services
• Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role

The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Remote - US)
