What you'll do
The PMO Lead at Resulting plays a crucial role, acting as the glue that binds together stakeholders, the business, and implementation partners in ERP programmes. We deliver PMO services to clients, ensuring robust governance for SAP projects. This role demands adaptability, stringent control, and a commitment to clear and effective project delivery. As a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for establishing project management standards and processes, ensuring these are adhered to throughout project lifecycles. Your role includes regular monitoring of project progress against objectives, identifying and resolving deviations and bottlenecks. You will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

Qualifications
You will be a PMO leader with experience in technology implementation, including both ERP packages and bespoke applications. Ideal candidates typically emerge from large consulting firms or corporations, having been deeply involved in Programme delivery or Project Portfolio Management.
You should be dynamic, quality-driven, collaborative, solution-oriented, possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will have a background in PMO on transformational change programmes. Your expertise in strategic planning and execution will be crucial in guiding projects to success. You must be adept at balancing multiple project demands, aligning them with organisational goals and resources. Your experience should also include effective team leadership, mentoring project managers and team members to foster a high-performance project environment.

The pay range for this role is:
35,000 - 45,000 GBP per year (Based on Experience )
