  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Our organization works on a hybrid model. We are in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at our downtown Boston building, remote optional on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Position Overview

REsurety is looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong data research, organization, and validation skills. As an intern on the Customer Experience team, you will be primarily responsible for sourcing, entering, and maintaining critical, proprietary power market data used to support customer-facing market intelligence products. This role offers the opportunity to use and assist in the development of AI and non-AI tools that enable a more accurate valuation of clean energy projects and their emissions impacts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting structured research to source publicly and privately available data (e.g., market reports, regulatory filings, etc.)
  • Accurately entering and organizing data into internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Validating the integrity and consistency of existing and newly acquired datasets
  • Documenting data sources and methodology for internal knowledge sharing
  • Must be registered with MassCEC

Preferred Experience and Qualifications 

  • Major in physics, math, meteorology, engineering, environmental science, economics, or a related field (community college students are encouraged to apply)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and basic analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in increasing the adoption of clean energy
