Staff Engineersought by REsurety, Inc. in Boston, MA to perform the following duties:

Summary: Responsible for working with a team of talented engineers to support and maintain the

verification and validation processes for REsurety’s software stack. Enable the team to deliver high-

quality products with unwavering accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Ensure performant data queries.
• Variable validation to prevent SQL injection.
• Unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing to ensure feature implementation satisfies business requirements.
• Configure Bitbucket pipeline YAML files.
• Prepare and publish docker files to ECR on PR merge.
• Run pytest, sonarqube, and database migration tests.
• Build and maintain a scalable framework for maintaining high-quality data.
• Configure alert protocols for managing data validation errors.
• Implement protocols to inform stakeholders of data issues and time to remediation.
• elecommuting permitted on a part-time basis.

Requirements:          

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineer, Electrical Engineering, a related field,

or foreign equivalent, and Five (5) years of experience with software quality engineering, automated test

development, and testing frameworks.

Special Skills and Other Requirements:

• Five (5) years of experience with continuous integration systems (such as Jenkins).
• Five (5) years of experience in backend server development and database query languages (such as Python and SQL).
• Five (5) years of experience with Git.
• Five (5) years of experience with scientific computing and statistical analysis (such as with
• Python, R, or MATLAB).

Worksite & Travel: Telecommuting permitted on a part-time basis.

Salary: $178,131 per year
