Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Are you an impact-driven marketer looking to put your stamp on a growing company? This role is built for candidates with proven expertise in demand generation, content, digital strategy, product marketing, martech, and/or events. Your scope will be tailored to deliver maximum measurable impact, as you will define, champion, and optimize plans, directly linking efforts to business growth and accountability.

You’ll be part of a mighty team of entrepreneurial marketers reporting to the Head of Marketing under the COO, with high visibility to REsurety’s leadership team. We’re looking for candidates ready to experiment, own, and lead their domains in support of REsurety’s mission to empower the clean energy market of the future.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assume full strategic ownership and execution for 2-3 areas selected from the following list:


Revenue Engine & Acquisition

  • Demand and Lead Generation: Own strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, paid digital, social ads) focused on driving MQL velocity and accelerating pipeline.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and deploy bespoke, high-touch ABM campaigns to penetrate and expand specific high-value accounts.
  • Events & Field Marketing: Manage virtual and flagship in-person events, from strategy to execution, ensuring attendance and delivering clear Return on Investment (ROI).

Digital Foundation & Narrative

  • Content and Digital Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for high-value content development and distribution to maximize organic reach, inbound conversion, and optimize technical SEO.
  • Brand & Product Marketing: Champion brand guidelines, ensuring ironclad consistency, and collaborate with Product teams to integrate core messaging into all market-facing assets.

MarTech Mastery & Performance

  • MarTech and Analytics: Assume administrative ownership and optimization of our core marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce/Pardot, CMS, analytics). Establish all marketing KPIs and lead rigorous tracking and reporting to justify spend and inform strategy.
  • Vendor Management: Strategically manage key vendor relationships (e.g., agencies, platform providers), negotiating contracts to ensure high-quality execution and maximum value.

Required Experience & Qualifications 

  • 3–7 years of progressive marketing experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. Candidates must demonstrate deep, specialized knowledge and a proven success trajectory in at least two of the core areas listed above.
  • Expert working knowledge of the modern marketing stack; strong preference for campaign execution and data integrity experience in a CRM/Automation platform (Salesforce/Pardot is strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to leverage performance data to diagnose issues, identify optimization opportunities, and confidently justify complex marketing investments.
  • Exceptional ability to operate independently, manage complex, high-stakes projects, and thrive where direct accountability drives success.
  • A strong desire to learn about the clean energy industry.

  • Our organization works on a hybrid model. We are in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at our downtown Boston building, and remote work is optional on Wednesdays and Fridays.
