What we do
Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40 million US residents who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 28,500 students and recaptured over $139 million in tuition for our university partners. Today we build regional marketplaces to connect the supply of educational opportunities with the demand for skilled and credentialed workforce professionals.
About the role
- ReUp Education is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Strategy Office (CSO). Primarily, you will serve as our CSO’s initial “eyes and ears” when it comes to filtering inbound emails, meeting preparation, documentation review, and managing his overall schedule and daily to-do’s. From calendar management to travel planning to building slide decks, you’ll ensure all assigned tasks are executed with timeliness and accuracy, serving as a highly trusted and reliable partner for the CSO.
- Reporting to the Executive Business Partner, the Executive Assistant may also play a key support role for other sales leaders and perform office/project management duties. This may involve, but not limited to, organizing team-wide travel, assisting with client correspondence, managing timelines and deadlines, coordinating corporate events and social activities (both large and small), creating and pulling documents/reports, maintaining office supply inventory, ensuring a clean and well-maintained office environment, and other tasks as assigned. The successful applicant is flexible, embraces time management, and thrives within a small and dynamic team with minimal supervision.
What you'll do
- Connect with the CSO regularly to review priorities, tasks, and time management
- Schedule calendar events and manage travel arrangements
- Assist in tracking and reconciling expenses on behalf of the CSO
- Work on special projects including preparing decks and research projects
- Handle reporting requirements including monthly lobbyist reports for compliance regulations
- Participate in meetings which will include detailed pre-meeting preparation, note-taking, and tracking post-meeting follow-up
- Maintain organization and partner confidence by keeping appropriate information confidential, acting with a high degree of discretion
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CSO and internal departments; demonstrating credibility and support with senior management staff
