About the role

The Marketing Analytics Associate is a junior-to-early career role within a fast-paced marketing agency environment. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and client reporting. The role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on building, maintaining, and quality-checking Looker Studio dashboards, supporting marketing performance reporting, and translating data into clear client-ready materials.

This is not a purely backend BI role. While technical rigor is required, this role is designed to grow into a client-facing analytics position over time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with marketing data, and motivated to develop both technical and communication skills. The role may initially be contract-based, with the potential to convert to full-time depending on workload and performance. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with data, values accuracy and clarity, and wants to build a long-term career in marketing analytics within an agency environment.
