Role: Representative, Sales

Location: Remote. Must work in a location within the United States

Travel: Up to 50%

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience 





About the role

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our marketing and development team to create and execute sales plans and ensure client satisfaction is met. 



Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Identify potential customers and establish relationships with key decision makers through research, referrals, and networking
  • Provide product and service information to clients, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and effective manner all while delivering excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Positively and deliberately engage with colleagues - external and internal, to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or commensurate experience, and/or training
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably, in a healthcare revenue cycle management company
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients as needed
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and grittiness as you join Revology in an early phase of our start-up journey. Working within the gray is an absolute

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to: moving or handling (lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching overhead) office equipment and supplies weighing 1 to 25 lbs. unassisted.  Frequently required to sit for extended periods during the workday.  Manual dexterity and visual acuity required.  Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.
