Role: Implementation Engineer, Client Success

Location: Remote. Must work in a location within the United States.

Travel: Up to 10%

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Director, Product Implementation

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience 




about the role

The Implementation Engineer role is pivotal in guiding revology clients through the implementation process and integration of revology software solutions with their existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Patient Accounting Systems (PAS). The Implementation Engineer is responsible for managing client data mapping, extracting data from client source systems, and ensuring data integrity throughout the implementation process – all with a service-first mindset and white glove approach to client success. This role will work closely with both clients/vendors and the internal team serving as a critical point of contact to facilitate a seamless and effective data transition and client onboarding process. 


responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to perform a comprehensive data model discovery, and map their data model to revology SaaS solution data model(s) to ensure compatibility and accuracy.
  • Work with clients and third-party vendors to build, refine, and test data file extracts from their EHR and Practice Management Systems.
  • Validate data file extracts for completeness, correctness, and referential integrity to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure they are aligned throughout the implementation process.
  • Assist clients with semi-technical troubleshooting, and guide them through issues related to data extraction and mapping. Knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required.
  • Document all processes and procedures, providing clients with clear guidance and support materials to aid their understanding and usage of our system.
  • Ensure that the final deliverables meet client requirements and maintain revology’s standards for data integrity and functionality.
  • Positively and deliberately engage with colleagues - external and internal - to foster collaborative and productive relationships. 
  • Comply with and hold with utmost regard all compliance requirements to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

requirements

  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that prioritizes client success.
  • 3+ years experience working with healthcare systems (such as: EHR, Practice Management, Patient Accounting) in a client-facing or technical role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to handle complex client interactions with professionalism.
  • Experience in data mapping, extraction, and validation processes. Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in validating and verifying data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to: moving or handling (lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching overhead) office equipment and supplies weighing 1 to 25 lbs. unassisted.  Frequently required to sit, stand or walk for extended periods during the workday.  Manual dexterity and visual acuity required.  Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.
