Role: Director, Product Strategy

Location: Remote. Must work in a location within the United States.

Travel: Up to 25%

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience




about the role

The Director, Product Strategy is responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS product,  auxo. Auxo is designed to enhance workforce productivity and optimize workflows for healthcare revenue cycle professionals. You’ll spend your days collaborating with teams across the organization to drive product innovation, ensure alignment with market needs, and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations. Playing a critical role in shaping the future of our platform and driving its success in the healthcare industry.

responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for auxo, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and capture customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the healthcare revenue cycle space.
  • Work closely with product delivery to translate the product vision into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future decisions.
  • Ensure that all product developments comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay curious, kind and contribute positively to the revology culture. The health + harmony of the team is everybody’s responsibility at revology.

requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Healthcare Administration). A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in  product management, preferably within SaaS and revenue cycle technology.
  • Hands-on experience as a revenue cycle representative and/or leader, a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure success.
  • Familiarity with Lean development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Internet capability must be a high speed connection of 40Mbps speeds or greater.


physical requirements

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to: moving or handling (lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching overhead) office equipment and supplies weighing 1 to 25 lbs. unassisted.  Frequently required to sit for extended periods during the workday.  Manual dexterity and visual acuity required.  Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.

Work will generally be performed indoors in an office environment.  Must maintain a professional appearance and manner.
