About the role

We are looking for a founding Head of Revenue Operations to architect and lead our RevOps function. This is a critical role for ensuring alignment across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, optimizing revenue generation, and providing strategic insights to drive growth. The ideal candidate has risen through the ranks by being hands-on, executing the functions they will now oversee, and is passionate about building a scalable RevOps infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Revv’s go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • RevOps Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with Revv’s business objectives
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure the sales team has the tools, processes, and data they need to succeed
  • Process Optimization: Streamline processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • Data & Analytics: Establish and manage data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboards to monitor and optimize performance across all revenue-generating functions
  • Systems Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of RevOps tools and systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth
  • Team Building: Build and lead a RevOps team as the company grows

Requirements

  • Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup
  • Hands-On Expertise: Deep experience in building and scaling RevOps functions from the ground up
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on using data to drive decisions and optimize performance
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a RevOps strategy that aligns with long-term business goals
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with RevOps tools and systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

The pay range for this role is:
