About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our demand generation efforts. This role is critical for driving the qualified leads needed to fuel Revv’s growth. As the first person in this role, you will be responsible for building the demand generation function from the ground up. You should have a proven track record of executing demand generation strategies that drive revenue and a passion for rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives high-quality leads and supports Revv’s growth objectives
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, and events
  • Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs to convert leads into sales opportunities
  • ABM: Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategy
  • Team Building: As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup
  • Hands-On Expertise: Proven experience in building and executing demand generation programs from the ground up
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Growth Focus: Experience driving significant revenue growth through effective demand generation strategies
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Leadership: Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach to building and scaling the demand generation function
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 170,000 USD per year (HQ 2024)
