About The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Revv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product's architecture and implementation. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual who thrives in an environment of autonomy and innovation and is committed to our mission of creating safer roads and vehicles for everyone.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Develop End-to-End Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient code within our applications. This includes both front-end and back-end components of our ADAS software suite.
  • Lead Code and Architecture Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product and customer teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of warmth, innovation, and excellence.
  • Grow and Learn: Continuously improve as an engineer or manager and share new knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a demonstrable track record of delivering software projects.
  • Proficiency in our tech stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, AWS, or the ability to quickly execute within these technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures and bringing products from concept to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for building safe, accurate, and defensive software. A commitment to code quality and testing, including unit testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its evolving technological landscape.
  • Experience with machine learning.

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 170,000 USD per year (HQ 2024)
