About the role
The Policy Manager, West supports efforts to influence and establish state and regional policy to advance Rewiring America’s mission. This position plays a critical role on the Policy team by leading our work in the West, particularly Colorado, Oregon and Washington, developing and supporting campaigns to encourage electrification and distributed energy resource deployment.
The Policy Manager contributes to and drives key projects, including those requiring cross-functional collaboration with other teams. They cultivate networks with external partners, produce policy analyses, and undertake strategic coordination and project management responsibilities. This position reports to the Manager of State Policy.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 USD, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
