Solutions Engineer

Working with the Delivery team to understand customer requirements, you will be responsible in designing and developing high-quality error-free solutions that meet the requirements of RightCrowd customers. You will be expected to improve operations by conducting thorough analysis and providing the most applicable solutions and recommending any suitable changes to improve the solutions. You will be responsive and take ownership of issues related to the developed solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

• Provide proven development expertise to build solutions for RightCrowd customers.
• Design, develop and implement web components, templates, and workflows based on the business requirements.
• Developing across the full stack web technologies - JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, C#, and SQL.
• Develop APIs and services, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure that coding is within standards that follow best practice industry and internal practices.
• Develop automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
• Contribute to technical designs and see them through the Agile development lifecycle when applicable.
• Ensure developed solutions are within agreed and signed-off technical specifications or user stories.
• Communicate proactively with the team.
• Working in a Scrum-based Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on coding.
• Ensure there are minimal outstanding open defects and assigned issues are closed on- time and resolved properly to prevent any rework tasks.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixed with security, performance, and reliability in mind.
• Collaborate with other developers to brainstorm and explore innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of work experience working as Full Stack Engineer.
• Specialization in server-side software development, object-oriented programming (preferred experience with C#, .NET).
• Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6) HTML5, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS).
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience in database management systems including SQL and/or NoSQL.
• Experience in creating microservices, maintaining services, or utilizing service-driven design.
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps methodologies, actively participating in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience working with cloud systems such as Azure/AWS.
• Experience in creating automation test cases.
• Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
