Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients using RightCrowd's security and compliance software solutions, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their success with our platform
• Partner with clients to understand their physical security and compliance challenges, recommending appropriate RightCrowd solutions and identifying opportunities for expanded platform usage
• Collaborate with RightCrowd's technical teams, professional services, and support staff to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our solutions
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project status, and account updates in our CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
• Monitor client usage patterns, adoption metrics, and satisfaction levels to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Drive quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and strategic value of RightCrowd solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software account management, preferably in security, compliance, or workforce management solutions
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer satisfaction in a B2B software environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise physical security, access control, and compliance challenges
• Excellence in client communication, presentation skills, and project coordination
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms and account management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field

• Knowledge of physical security systems, access control platforms, or compliance software
• Experience working with enterprise security and IT teams
