About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Director of Marketing who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will own Rimsys’ marketing engine across brand, demand gen, partnerships, product launches, events, and analyst relations.  This role is pivotal to our growth and involves deep coordination across sales, product, customer success, and external vendors. 

The Senior Director of Marketing will be accountable for and measured on SDR performance, content engagement and campaign performance from initial lead gen through every conversion rate to quantity and value of opportunities generated.

What you'll do

Marketing Strategy & Leadership 

  • Define and execute an effective marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets 
  • Build awareness and category leadership in the MedTech regulatory space 
  • Lead all top-of-funnel efforts, including inbound, outbound, ABM, and digital programs through quarterly marketing campaigns 
  • Mentor, coach, and develop internal marketing and SDR team members 
  • Create and maintain dashboard tracking and monthly metrics reports 
  • Own competitive positioning, messaging, and content for sales enablement 
  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels and platforms 
  • Lead partner co-marketing  

SDR & Pipeline Development 

  • Lead and manage the SDR team, including weekly 1:1s, call coaching, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies 
  • Partner with Sales on outbound messaging and segmentation strategy 
  • Monitor attainment and track performance reporting monthly 
  • Drive coordination between marketing and sales to ensure campaign follow-through 

Campaign & Content Execution 

  • Lead and coordinate execution of: 
    • Integrated multi-channel campaigns to targeted enterprise accounts which drive awareness and leads 
    • Monthly prospect newsletters, nurture programs, customer comms  
    • Product launch campaigns, including short demos, landing pages, banners, and pop-ups 

Vendor & Partner Management 

  • Own and maintain relationships with all strategic vendors including industry analysts, partners, graphic design, and trade events 
  • Manage campaign logistics, booth production, sponsorships, and event execution 
  • Coordinate all event logistics and promotional efforts, including show materials (e.g., booths, monitors, giveaways) 

Platform & Application Ownership 

  • Administer and manage the following tools and vendors: 
    • CRM & Marketing Automation: HubSpot (admin, workflow creation, nurture programs) 
    • ABM & Data: 6Sense, Seamless 
    • Analytics: Google Analytics, Semrush 
    • Advertising & Social: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership of SDR or BDR teams 
  • Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or regulated industries highly desired 
  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline and leading GTM strategy for small, fast-growth companies 
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Navigator, and ABM strategy  
  • Hands-on experience with marketing operations, performance tracking, and campaign execution 
  • Strong project and vendor management skills 
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator 

Competencies 

  • Hands-on leader, equally comfortable directing strategy and execution] 
  • Experienced in managing SDRs 
  • Executing successful ABM programs that build pipeline 
  • Owning campaign performance.

Preferred education and experience

  • Experience with a startup company is preferred but not required 
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry is preferred but not required

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus or commission.

125,000 - 190,000 USD per year (Remote)
