About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in building out our next-generation AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) Data Centers. In this strategic position, you will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to develop and execute hiring strategies that support complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across engineering, construction, product development, land acquisition, and critical operations. Your expertise in recruiting for specialized technical roles and your ability to influence hiring strategies will be key to shaping our Data Center division's future.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth and technical goals.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and high-impact roles, driving requisition management, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
- Monitor market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout recruitment processes.

- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing to position us as an employer of choice in the AI/HPC infrastructure space.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
- Establish and maintain strong pipelines through proactive talent mapping and succession planning support.
- Represent the company at industry events, talent forums, and networking initiatives to build meaningful connections and expand engagement with top technical talent.
- Deliver data-driven insights to hiring managers using key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through seamless onboarding.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership, offering market insights, competitive intelligence, and guidance on hiring decisions to drive scalable, high-impact technical hires.
- Leverage tools like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical forums to source and engage passive candidates in niche markets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a staffing agency or start-up environment where you've helped build or scale recruiting processes from the ground up.
- Proven success recruiting for technical, specialized, and senior-level roles across multiple disciplines and geographies.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting practices, including sourcing, engagement, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, HRIS systems, and recruiting analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align with complex organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
