About the role

We are looking to add a Miner Maintenance Technician to our growing Miner Maintenance Team. As a Miner Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting bitcoin miners. This position will directly support our Miner Maintenance Team at our Corsicana, TX location. 

Essential Functions

• Perform Basic diagnostic techniques to all miners on site
• Perform Basic Repair techniques to all miners on site
• Assist in keeping inventory of Miners, parts and tools
• Find IP addresses of all new machines that are being installed into shelves.
• Provided complete information for work orders to be submitted to Supervisor.
• Keep the Miner repair room and Work area clean and Organized
• Craft new RJ-45 Connections
• Be confident when reciting terminology that is relevant in the industry

Knowledge , Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team.

Education and Experience 

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience
• Experience with Networking and Computer troubleshooting is preferred.
• Computer literacy is required.
• On the job training is provided
• Any Miner repair/Operator Certification is a plus
• Experience in networking is a plus

Schedule

• 12 hour shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
