About the role

We are looking to add a Procore Administrator to our growing Riot Data Centers team. As a Procore Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Riot’s internal Procore platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring project teams—from design and engineering to procurement and construction—are aligned, efficient, and set up for success. 

This position will be based in our Denver office with occasional travel to active project sites. 


What You'll Do

  • Lead the rollout, configuration, and ongoing management of Riot’s internal Procore platform for all projects. 
  • Partner with Procore and third-party providers to tailor workflows, reporting, and integrations (e.g., financial systems, PowerBI, Asana). 
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to streamline workflows, contract tracking, document management, and reporting dashboards. 
  • Develop user guides, training programs, and best practices to support company-wide adoption. 
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and proactively address issues or updates. 
  • Provide weekly KPI and trend reporting to senior leadership, identifying risks to schedule or budget. 
  • Maintain Procore user access and security compliance, onboarding new employees and supporting stakeholders. 
  • Support related platforms (Asana, Netsuite, etc.) to ensure smooth alignment across tools. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions. 


What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office, Asana, Bluebeam, and related software. 
  • Proven ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities across all phases of construction. 
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Clear and confident communicator, skilled at engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. 
  • Ability to train, manage and hold staff accountable to get results consistent with corporate strategic goals and compliance standards. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or technology systems administration (Procore experience strongly preferred). 


Compensation and Benefits 

  • Base salary range $100,000-130,000 commensurate with experience
