About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Demand Generation Manager to power high-velocity, high-quality campaign execution across New Logo (NLS) and Cross-Sell (XS). This person will sit at the intersection of Demand Gen, Growth, Lifecycle, PMM, and Marketing Ops to transform strategic direction into compelling copy, assets, and channel-ready campaigns that resonate with our buyer personas.

If you’re a marketer with strong creative instincts, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to rapidly ship and iterate campaigns across channels, this is the role for you.

What you will do

  • Creative Development & Copywriting
  • Write high-converting email sequences, ads, landing page copy, nurture content, in-product messaging, webinar follow-ups, and other assets across NLS and XS.
  • Translate persona insights, product value props, and campaign briefs into compelling messaging for HR and Exec buyers
  • Build creative variations for A/B and multivariate testing across paid, email, and DG programs.

Campaign Execution Across Channels

  • Own end-to-end execution of creative-led demand gen campaigns, partnering closely with Growth, PMM, Content, and sales teams.
  • Produce multi-asset campaigns rapidly, ensuring cohesion across email, ads, LPs, and creative.
  • Support webinar repurposing and content flywheels — helping turn live events into evergreen, multi-channel assets.

Experimentation & Iteration

  • Partner with PMM, sales, content and growth stakeholders to develop hypotheses, run creative experiments, and iterate messaging at speed.
  • Use performance data to refine copy and creative direction across paid social, nurture, in-product surfaces, and funnel stages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with PMM, sales, content and sales teams to operationalize broader marketing strategies.
  • Convert strategic direction into polished marketing outputs.
  • Partner with our Campaign Ops team to ensure smooth campaign setup, segmentation, tracking, and reporting infrastructure.

Content & Asset Production

  • Maintain a library of reusable assets (ad copy, email modules, positioning blocks, nurture flows) to scale XS and NLS campaign velocity.
  • Repurpose webinars, guides, research snippets, and product updates into high-performing assets across channels.

Performance Insights & Optimization

  • Monitor performance dashboards with support from Marketing Ops and RevOps, synthesizing insights into actionable creative improvements.
  • Iterate campaign elements using both quantitative performance data and qualitative signals (persona resonance, SDR feedback, customer insights).

What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or similar roles within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Strong copywriting ability with examples across email, ads, LPs, and multi-channel creative.
  • Ability to turn strategic direction into high-volume, channel-ready creative execution.
  • Understanding of ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu funnel dynamics and how messaging shifts across them.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, creative iteration, messaging tests).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and basic segmentation principles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute quickly across parallel workstreams.
  • A proactive, scrappy, iterative mindset — comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast.
