About the role

Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale our marketing initiatives for our international markets, and that’s where you come in.

As a Sr. Growth manager, you’ll be responsible for accelerating inbound pipeline and revenue growth in our European markets - most importantly the UKI. You will also be responsible for standardizing our programmatic outbound operations (mechanized outreach, Account-Based Marketing, etc) and finding new levers to drive demand.

You will work closely with sales and cross-functional team members internationally to bring the strategy to fruition, and you will build the programs / campaigns delivering impact. Your initiatives will directly affect the growth trajectory of all Rippling’s international markets, including APAC, which have a material impact on Rippling’s enterprise value.

This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll partner closely with our engineering, revenue operations, analytics, marketing operations, and sales teams to help Rippling win.

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline generation and acquisition strategy in the UKI and across EMEA
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution and performance monitoring across our marketing programs. You’ll manage the performance of your channels, inclusive of launching, reporting, experimenting, and optimizing campaigns geared towards various audiences.
  • Build and manage repeatable, scalable infrastructure for our programmatic and account-based marketing motions across international markets
  • Own data strategy for audience building and intent signals to maximize demand generation and capture programs.
  • Build and manage relationships. You’ll need to partner closely with our internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, sales, and more in order to succeed in this role.
  • Proactively share insights across the organization. Ensure cross-functional alignment by proactively keeping everyone in the loop on performance, building alignment, & setting shared priorities.
  • Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not - from reading through replies to writing SQL and hopping into Excel.

What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven role like growth, product, investment banking, or bizops.
  • Experience analyzing data to drive business strategy. You’ll need to translate both quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into actionable insights.
  • Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. You’ll drive initiatives that span marketing, sales, data science, engineering, product, brand, and marketing ops.
  • An “architect” mindset to build towards repeatable systems and processes that can apply to multiple countries
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You have an eye for good email & ad copy, and know how to get in the heads of our customers across different countries
  • A hacker’s mentality with structured problem-solving skills. We place a big emphasis on creativity matched with the ability to break down an ambiguous problem into solvable components.
  • Taking initiative is second nature to you. Without prompting, you’ll dive deep into quantitative and qualitative signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions.
  • Bias to speed. We move very quickly, and will expect you to set a similar pace for your product area.
  • (Nice to have) German fluency
