Rippling is looking for a standout Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support the success of our Sales organization across all Rippling products. You’ll be a strategic partner to sales leadership, helping to drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and post-sales performance across our full suite of products.
This role is both analytical and operational; you’ll spend your time reporting on and diagnosing the state of the business, while also building operational plans and working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives. The scope of this role spans multiple product lines and segments, offering a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth, multi-product sales organization.
