Since the 2019 redesign, the Rippling brand has become a key asset and differentiator for the company, with our Brand Studio Team earning the trust and respect of stakeholders across the board. As stewards of the Rippling brand, we take pride in ensuring quality at every touchpoint. We are looking for a Creative Operations Lead to collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders, leading the operations and production of integrated marketing campaigns created by the Brand Studio’s Campaigns Team.
The Brand Studio’s Campaigns team is responsible for developing Rippling’s integrated campaigns which include producing assets across a variety of touch points (social, print, OOH, etc.). As the Creative Operations Lead, you will help operationalize these projects while working cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders on a range of work from full funnel video commercial campaigns, to paid ad campaigns, and everything in between. You will also help our team operationalize the creation of customer-generated content at events, in-depth case studies, and large-scale global brand awareness commercials. In this role, you'll manage projects of all sizes ensuring delivery is on brand, on time, and on budget.
The Campaign Team’s Creative Operations Lead will work with the team's Creative Director and marketing stakeholders to operationalize the intake and resourcing of projects, developing processes, and managing workflows to ensure on-brand, timely, and swirl-free delivery while being a proactive department collaborator.
We’re big on tight creative processes, candid communication, and buttoned-up operations. Without it, great creative work is possible but unnecessarily painful. With it, our team is able to do their best work without silly distractions. Read more here:
