About the role

As a Sourcer at Rippling, you play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent for our technical and non-technical teams. Your mission involves developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, cultivating relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the technical landscape and a track record of attracting the best and brightest talent.

What you will do

  • Devise and implement strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate outreach, including phone screens, interview scheduling, and overall management of the candidate experience.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
  • Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to extend offers and successfully close candidates.
  • Leverage various data reports and conversion rates to dictate how you prioritize your time daily/weekly/monthly.

What you will need

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Familiarity with the technical and non-technical landscape in Bangalore.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and excel under pressure.
  • Obsessed with data and the story it tells. Understand how to reverse engineering your workflow to demonstrate how much input/output is needed to meet hiring goals from an individual and team-wide level.
