Rippling is looking for a sharp, highly-motivated, and innately curious Contracts Associate. In this role, you partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Development and Procurement to support Rippling’s commercial operations and help the company scale and close deals efficiently.
You’ll manage a high volume of commercial agreements, help move deals forward, and contribute to the tools and processes that allow the business to operate quickly and consistently. This role sits at the intersection of legal, operations, and GTM functions and is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, working cross-functionally, and learning how commercial contracting works at scale.
The role will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Commercial and works closely with other members of the Legal and Compliance team.
Our team keeps Rippling’s commercial engine running efficiently and compliantly by working to accelerate revenue while protecting the business. We support Sales, Business Development, and other GTM teams globally, advising on commercial strategy, negotiating increasingly complex deals, and enabling Rippling to continue to grow and scale.
