  • Tooling Rollout. Translate strategic GTM initiatives into operational system requirements and ensure successful implementation across tools and processes.
  • Special Projects. Lead special projects involving GTM tooling, process redesign, or new system rollouts (e.g., product-led growth, channel onboarding, or attribution modeling)
  • GTM Data Integrity. Act as a quality owner of GTM data cleanliness, integrity, and governance across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • AI Tools. Evaluate AI tools and platforms for use in RevOps and Sales (i.e., AI forecasting, auto-logging, conversation intelligence, AI enrichment, etc) and partner with Sales Enablement to drive adoption and training

What you will need

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Business Systems, GTM Operations, GTM Engineering, Consulting, or related GTM Operations functions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Salesforce expertise required (admin-level or higher); strong working knowledge of data architecture and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with modern RevOps tech stack, including Outreach, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, or equivalents
  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Common Room, ChatGPT-based copilots, etc)
