About the role
At Rippling, the growth team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our team’s job is to maximize revenue by efficiently generating leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and converting them into sales demos and revenue. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.
Mamoon Hamid, a partner at Kleiner Perkins, recently said that “Rippling’s growth is in the 1% of the 1%. At their scale, they are one of the fastest growing companies in the world.” As a leader on our growth team, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of growth in our Core HR platform, diligently optimizing while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.
Working hand in hand with our sales team, you’ll scale the growth engine responsible for our biggest product suite: Core HR. You’ll maximize our penetration of target accounts across all segments (from small business to enterprise). And by running experiments, developing a playbook, and pushing the envelope, you’ll hit ambitious targets. On our path to $1B in ARR, your team is the biggest driver of revenue generation ($XXXM/ yr), and driving nearly unheard of year-over-year growth rates.

The pay range for this role is:
215,000 - 280,000 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
