About the role

As a pivotal member, you'll be instrumental in negotiating key deals, nurturing significant partner relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities associated with partner products. Your role will involve formulating comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring seamless partnership execution, and collaborating closely with product and sales teams to identify lucrative partnership targets. Additionally, you'll be tasked with building scalable operations and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business development function. What you will do
  • Negotiate complex reseller, OEM, and strategic partnership agreements
  • Formulate multi-faceted go-to-market plans with partners
  • Drive post-deal partnership execution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with product and sales to identify partnership targets that will contribute material revenue and/or product advantage
  • Build out operations, processes, and templates to scale the Business Development function
What you will need
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS or consumer web Business Development roles
  • Proven executive communication skills
  • Ability to execute and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Thorough understanding of the SaaS ecosystem
  • HR ecosystem experience a plus
  • Technical or product management background a plus
  • JD, MBA, or other advanced degrees a plus

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below based on San Francisco Bay Area. 

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
