Video is central to Rippling’s next chapter. As we scale our in-house creative capabilities, we’re looking for a Content Producer for Social Video who is passionate about developing content for social channels. This role will report to our Director of Brand Design & Video and partner deeply with our Social and Content teams, creative producers, and other creatives on the Brand Studio team to elevate our social content to new standards.
We’re looking for someone who brings a keen sensibility to producing videos for social: a sense of humor, comedic timing, fast pace, eye-catching visuals, knows how to hook viewers in the first 6 seconds, and is excited to experiment. Our ideal candidate is able to ideate on-brand concepts with stakeholders, be behind the camera helping to capture quick and scrappy content, and produce the final edit.
About the team
Since our founding, we’ve scaled from a scrappy team of individual contributors and contractors to a full-fledged in-house creative studio. Over the past year we’ve made investments to build out our different sub-functions: Brand Design, Campaigns, Web Design, and, most recently, Video. We believe strongly in the power of our team to tell our product story in the most compelling ways, striving for breakthrough creative that captures our audience’s pain points and resonates emotionally.
