Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to build a go-to-market engine that drives growth across dozens of product SKUs, sales segments, buyer personas, and countries — and one of our most important levers for growth is the Broker channel.
We're looking for a Channel Marketing Manager aligned to the Broker channel to help deepen engagement, drive pipeline, and make Rippling the go-to solution for benefits brokers and their clients.
In this role, you’ll own and execute marketing initiatives that support our Broker sales motion — combining demand generation, partner marketing, sales enablement, content strategy, and channel-facing communications. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Channel Sales and the broader GTM org to bring this segment to life and keep momentum high year-round.
This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll work closely with Rippling’s Broker Sales teams and the broader Marketing organization. We’d love to talk to you if you think like an owner, tell compelling stories, and thrive while driving multiple high-impact initiatives forward at once.
Our GTM team sits within the marketing organization. This role is based in either our New York or San Francisco office.

The pay range for this role is:
