Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.
Rippling’s finance products are responsible for moving billions of dollars and making payments to millions of workers each week. It is an intellectually demanding product area where your mission is to abstract a lot of background complexity into a beautifully simple, reliable experience. The payroll suite in particular is among the first products that customers use when they switch to Rippling, and so our product teams must be on the frontier in expanding our business upmarket, and supporting new countries.
We are looking for an experienced, technical PM to help drive the platform architecture to support this growth. You will work with senior and staff-level engineers to identify platform-level problems that can unlock our growth. You will wrestle with gnarly, top-level technical and product challenges, and won’t stop until you find a simple solution. You’ll intimately know the bleeding edge enterprise customers and how our platform needs to evolve to support them. Your solutions will create enough configurability to serve our various market needs, but maintain the platform consistency and reliability for us to scale.
We are looking for an experienced PM to lead to report directly to the VP of Product, and wrangle some of our hardest challenges. You’ll work closely with teams of engineers, designers, compliance and policy experts across the company, as well as GTM teams, to scale the business, and build features that benefit millions of employees.
