About the role


The Benefits team is a cornerstone of Rippling's product offerings, and the Benefits Operations Non-Health Integrations team is essential for ensuring a seamless, automated flow of enrolment/eligibility data to our clients' Benefits(Flex/Fringe) providers. We handle hundreds of integrations every month, and we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our India-based Non-Health Integrations Specialist team.


Your team is responsible for integrating customer Flex/Fringe carriers into Rippling's all-in-one platform. You will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring timely client request resolution and issue handling.


This role requires you to be a problem-solver, supporting your team in addressing and resolving system and process issues. You'll not only identify the root cause but also contribute to implementing fixes that prevent future integration delays. Your work will involve significant collaboration with customers, Flex/Fringe plan providers, vendors, and various internal departments. Ultimately, you will have a major impact on the success of Rippling's Benefits platform


What you will do

  • Oversee a team of Flex/Fringe Benefits Operations Analysts, provide guidance and support to ensure smooth handling of Non-Health Integration Implementation of our customers
  • Track adherence to team SLAs, response times, and quality benchmarks, addressing any gaps or issues proactively.
  • Provide consistent and quality coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and work closely with customers on escalated integrations.
  • Contribute to new process design, improvement of existing processes, and creation of new standard operating procedures, by working cross functionally with our Product, Engineering and other internal partner teams.


What you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, ideally within Implementation, Product support and a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop a team, with a focus on coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills: good attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution.
  • Strong research and process improvement skills.
