About the role
Rippling is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Accountant Channel Partner Success Management (PSM) team. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of Partner Success Managers (PSMs) dedicated to helping our accounting partners unlock the full potential of Rippling, both for their clients and within their own firms. You will drive the team’s performance, ensuring the highest levels of partner satisfaction, fostering long-term loyalty, and accelerating partner advocacy through referrals.
As the Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and refining processes to deliver a world-class partner experience. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, and Engineering to bring forward partner insights that influence product development, improve workflows, and enhance the overall partnership journey. Your leadership will be crucial in empowering our partners to achieve success and in turning them into passionate advocates for Rippling.

105,300 - 184,275 USD per year (US Tier 2)
